Nếu Bên Bán không giao Thiết Bị theo như thời gian đã ấn định trước, trừ nguyên nhân Bất Khả Kháng, và do lỗi hoàn toàn ở Bên Bán, thì sau một khoảng thời gian ân hạn thêm [1] tuần, Bên Bán phải trả cho Bên Mua một khoản phạt
