Nhà thầu tư vấn giám sát phải quan hệ chặt chẽ với chính quyền và nhân dân địa phương trong việc giải quyết những vấn đề có liên quan đến dự án trong quá trình xây dựng; tuân thủ pháp luật của Nhà nước, chấp hành các chính sách của địa phương, tôn trọng phong tục, tập quán, tín ngưỡng của nhân dân địa phương; chú trọng việc kiểm tra và tuân thủ các quy định, yêu cầu của cơ quan chức năng địa phương về công tác đảm bảo an toàn giao thông, an toàn lao động và vệ sinh môi trường.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Consultant must be monitoring closely with Government and local people in solving the problems related to the project during construction; compliance with the laws of the State, approve local policy, respect etiquette, customs, and beliefs of the local people; focus testing and comply with the regulations, the requirements of the local authorities about the work to ensure traffic safety, occupational safety and environmental hygiene.

Contractor supervision consultants have close relations with the government and local people in solving the problems related to the project during construction; compliance with state law, observance of local policies, respect the customs, traditions and beliefs of the local population; focus inspections and compliance with the provisions and requirements of local authorities in the work of ensuring traffic safety, occupational safety and environmental hygiene.
