Tài liệu này được chuẩn bị riêng cho các nhà đầu tư / đối tác của Dự án Khu du lịch Làng Việt. Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là phục vụ cho việc phát triển và/hoặc hợp tác đầu tư.
Dự án Khu du lịch Làng Việt đã được đầu tư khoảng 47 tỷ đồng theo quy hoạch trước đây. Trên cơ sở phân tích quy hoạch cũ đã nhận thấy nhiều khiếm khuyết trong nguyên lý thiết kế quy hoạch cũng như hiệu quả kinh doanh khai thác nên thấy cần thiết phải điều chỉnh quy hoạch.
Giai đoạn phát triển tiếp theo, Chủ đầu tư dự kiến sử dụng khoảng 300 tỷ đồng tổng chi phí đầu tư xây dựng để phát triển và hoàn thành dự án, tiến độ đầu tư xây dựng dự án được phân kỳ như sau:
