3.2. Nguyên phụ liệu
Nguyên phụ liệu để gia công Sản phẩm sẽ được cung cấp đầy đủ và miễn phí bởi bên A dựa theo Bảng định mức cụ thể đối với từng mã Sản phẩm gia công được hai Bên thống nhất tại từng thời điểm và tạo thành các Phụ lục đính kèm và là một phần không tách rời của Hợp đồng này. Bên B cung cấp cho bên A toàn bộ nguyên phụ liệu dựa trên định mức tiêu hao nguyên phụ liệu đã được hai bên thống nhất cộng thêm 1%-3% hao hụt cho phép an toàn trong sản xuất. Trường hợp có thay đổi phải được xác nhận bằng văn bản giữa hai bên.
3.3. Thời gian cung cấp nguyên phụ liệu: Bên A sẽ giao nguyên phụ liệu cho Bên B trong vòng 10 ngày từ khi Bên B nhận được kế hoạch sản xuất của bên A.Trừ khi có thỏa thuận khác giữa hai bên.
3.4. Trách nhiệm bảo quản nguyên phụ liệu:
Bên A có trách nhiệm giao đúng, đầy đủ nguyên phụ liệu cho Bên B cả về số lượng và chất chất lượng của nguyên phụ liệu theo quy định trong từng Phụ lục hợp đồng đính kèm Hợp đồng gia công. Nếu có nguyên phụ liệu bị lỗi, không đúng quy cách thì sẽ được tái trả lại cho Bên A hoặc theo thỏa thuận khác giữa hai Bên.
Bên B chịu mọi trách nhiệm về số lượng, chất lượng các nguyên liệu do bên A cung ứng và phải sử dụng đúng loại nguyên liệu đã giao vào sản xuất sản phẩm. Bên B chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn trong việc để mất mát, hư hỏng nguyên phụ liệu của Bên A và phải bồi thường đầy đủ theo giá trị hàng hóa nguyên phụ liệu đó cũng như bất cứ chi phí phát sinh khác có liên quan.
