Thay mặt phòng nhân sự, em (cháu) xin báo cáo với ban lãnh đạo một vấn đề như sau:
- Mục tiêu của Mr.Park đề ra trong 6 tháng đầu năm là tuyển được 170 công nhân với tổng số 500 cán bộ công nhân viên toàn nhà máy.
- Theo báo cáo lao động, thực tế tính đến ngày 03/05/2016, số lượng cán bộ công nhân viên trong toàn xưởng là 355 người. Như vậy, chỉ còn khoảng 2 tháng (Tháng 5 và tháng 6), Phòng nhân sự phải cố gắng đạt mục tiêu trên. Trong khi đó, số lượng công nhân ở các công ty nói chung và nhà máy Nguyên Toàn nói riêng đến thời điểm này dần đã đi vào ổn định.
- Theo thống kê của phòng nhân sự, tính từ sau Tết nguyên đán đến ngày hôm nay (03/05/2016) nhà máy đã tuyển được 116 người trong đó nghỉ việc 98 người.
- Vậy, phòng nhân sự báo cáo với ban lãnh đạo về tình hình lao động của nhà máy, từ đó xin ý kiến chỉ đạo của ban lãnh đạo, để việc tuyển dụng lao động đạt mục tiêu đề ra, đồng thời giữu chân người lao động làm việc ổn định tại Nguyên Toàn.
