a) Sơ đồ đánh số thiết bị;
b) Các yêu cầu về phương thức nhận lệnh điều độ;
c) Các yêu cầu đối với chỉnh định rơle bảo vệ của khách hàng từ điểm đấu nối về phía khách hàng; phiếu chỉnh định rơ le thuộc phạm vi lưới điện truyền tải và các trị số chỉnh định liên quan đến lưới điện truyền tải đối với các thiết bị bảo vệ rơ le của khách hàng có nhu cầu đấu nối;
d) Phư¬ơng thức đóng điện đã thống nhất với Đơn vị truyền tải điện;
đ) Các yêu cầu về thử nghiệm, hiệu chỉnh thiết bị;
e) Các yêu cầu về thiết lập hệ thống thông tin liên lạc phục vụ điều độ;
g) Các yêu cầu về kết nối và vận hành đối với hệ thống SCADA/EMS;
h) Danh mục các Quy trình liên quan đến vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện;
i) Danh sách các cán bộ liên quan và các kỹ sư điều hành hệ thống điện kèm theo số điện thoại và số fax liên lạc.
