Lên kế hoạch, tổ chức và tiến hành thi công dự án.
- Liên hệ với chủ đầu tư/ Tư vấn và các đơn vị liên quan nhằm tiến hành hiệu quả công tác thi công của dư án.
- Giám sát và kiểm soát công việc theo hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và xác định các rủi ro trong thi công; tiến hành đánh giá, kiểm soát về chất lượng và an toàn.
- Hướng dẫn các đội thi công, nhà thầu phụ tiến hành công việc theo các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và bản vẽ.
- Giám sát công việc đang thực hiện trước khi gửi yêu cầu giám sát công việc đến chủ đầu tư.

Planning, organizing and conducting construction projects.-Contact the owner/consultant and the units concerned to conduct effective construction project.-Monitoring and control of the work according to the quality management system and identify risks in construction; conducting reviews, control of quality and safety.-Guide the team, subcontractors work according to the technical requirements and drawings.-Monitoring the work done before sending the request monitor work to owner.
