Hiện nay, Cục thuế Hà Nội, bằng công văn số 66144/TB-CT-QLN ngày 24/10/2016, đã chấp thuận cho phép Nhà thầu này tiếp tục sử dụng hóa đơn từ số 38 đến số 50 kể từ ngày 24/10/2016. Do đó Nhà thầu sẽ tiền hành phát hạnh lại các hóa đơn thay thế cho các hóa đơn hết giá trị sử dụng nêu trên cho phần công việc thực tế hoàn thành, bàn giao.

Căn cứ theo những trình bày nêu trên, chúng tôi kính mong Quý Cục xác nhận cho chúng tôi các vấn đề sau liên quan đến hóa đơn thay thế do Nhà thầu phát hành lại cho chúng tôi:
