Trực tổng đài điện thoại, nhận chuyển cuộc gọi đến các phòng, ghi nhận thông tin từ khách hàng nhắn lại. Gọi điện thoại ra ngoài theu yêu cầu của CBCVN (không gọi mã số sử dụng).
– Hướng dẫn khách đến liên lạc công tác: Tuỳ theo từng trường hợp công việc của khách cần hay có yêu cầu các phòng ban, sắp xếp khách làm việc ở phòng khách hay tại sảnh.
– Thực hiện liên lạc đặt vé máy bay, tàu hoả cho CBCNV khi có yêu cầu.
– Quản lý các phương tiện vật dụng như máy Fax, tổng đài điện thoại, báo chí…
