2.1 Giới thiệu về bộ phận thực tập
- Trợ giảng tại các lớp học tiếng Anh.

- Thực hiện việc trợ giảng và dạy phụ đạo luyện âm cho học viên khi có yêu cầu.
- Cách diễn đạt rõ ràng, mạch lạc, có sức thuyết phục.
- Có tinh thần học hỏi, sáng tạo và chủ ñộng trong công việc.
- Có tinh thần kỷ luật và ý thức trách nhiệm cao.
2.2.2 Các tiêu chí đánh giá hoạt động trợ giảng tiếng anh
Chương trình nhằm mục đích hỗ trợ việc trợ giảng và học tiếng Anh. Trợ giảng tiếng anh có nhiệm vụ trợ giảng kỹ năng nghe, nói đồng thời tham gia vào các hoạt động giao lưu trao đổi văn hoá giữa hai bên.
Trò chơi được sử dụng quá thường xuyên trong lớp học.
Mở các bài hát cho học viên nghe và điền vào chỗ trống.
Các hoạt động trong lớp tập trung vào các khía cạnh khác nhau của lời nói.
