- Bên B sẽ chuẩn bị và đề xuất toàn

- Bên B sẽ chuẩn bị và đề xuất toàn bộ các nội dung đề nghị điều chỉnh liên quan đến Hợp đồng thuê xưởng và Phụ lục 01, 03 của Hợp đồng và gửi lại Bên A để kiểm tra. Thời hạn gửi chậm nhất đến ngày 30/9/2016.

- Bên A sau khi nhận được các đề xuất điều chỉnh của Bên B sẽ ghi nhận, xem xét điều chỉnh phù hợp và phản hồi nội dung đến Bên B. Thời hạn phản hồi chậm nhất đến ngày 04/10/2016.

- Sau khi các bên hoàn toàn thống nhất toàn bộ nội dung của Hợp đồng, phụ lục hợp đồng, các bên sẽ thực hiện việc ký kết hợp đồng thuê xưởng và các phụ lục đính kèm tại văn phòng công chứng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Side B will prepare and propose the entire content of the proposed adjustment related to the lease and addendum 1, 3 of the contract and send back party A to check. The time limit for sending the latest until 30/9/2016.-A Party after receiving the proposed adjustment of Party B will record, consider adjusting accordingly and feedback to content B. slow feedback period to date 04/10/2016.-After the Party completely unify the entire content of the contract, the annex, the parties will make the signing of the lease and the attached Appendix at the notary office.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Party B will be prepared and proposed contents of all proposed adjustments related to leasing contracts and Annex 01, 03 of the contract and return Party A for examination. Deadline for sending the latest on 09.30.2016.

- The A after receiving the proposed adjustments will be recognized by Party B, considered adapted content and feedback to Party B. The duration of response in the latest on 10.04.2016.

- After the parties completely unified the entire contents of the contract, the contract addendum, the parties will carry out the leasing contract signed and annex included in the notary office.
