Giá tôm thẻ chân trắng (TTCT), tôm sú tại các vựa tôm đã tăng 20.000 - 30.000 đồng/kg trong 1 tháng. Trong khi đó, giá các loại hải sản khác như cua, ghẹ, ngao, sò… vẫn giữ nguyên. Ngay tại ĐBSCL, dù giá đang tăng cao nhưng người dân không có tôm để bán. Tại Sóc Trăng, TTCT cỡ 100 con/kg từ 80.000 đồng/kg tăng lên 92.000 đồng/kg; tăng mạnh nhất là tôm thẻ cỡ 40 con/kg từ 145.000 đồng/kg lên 161.000 đồng/kg.
