Gia đình và bạn bè là hai điều không thể thiếu trong cuộc sống của chúng ta. Mỗi bên đều có chỗ đứng riêng của nó. Gia đình là nơi ta trở về sau những phút giây căng thẳng và bộn bề trong công việc và cuộc sống, là nơi chăm sóc lúc ta bệnh tật ốm đau, còn bạn bè là nơi ta cùng nhau làm việc, vui chơi và có những điều ta không thể làm với gia đình nhưng có thể làm với bạn bè.
Dân tộc Việt Nam có câu nói “một giọt máu đào hơn ao nước lã”, điều nay vô cùng chính xác, đặc biệt là với ba mẹ của chúng ta. Không cần biết bạn đi đâu hay làm gì họ đều dõi theo bạn mọi lúc và mọi nơi hoặc khi bạn làm điều sai trái thì gia đình vẫn sẽ bên bạn và giúp đỡ bạn vượt qua khó khăn. Gia đình sẽ đi theo ta cho đến hết cuộc đời tất nhiên gia đình sẽ dõi theo bạn từ khi bạn mới sinh cho đến khi bạn trưởng thành và thành đạt.
Bạn bè cũng là một yếu tố quan trọng trong cuộc sống của mỗi người. Bạn có thể chia sẻ với họ những bí mật mà bạn không thể nói với gia đình. Ví dụ, bạn nói chuyện với họ không cần dùng kính ngữ, bị không điểm môn ABC, hoặc say nắng một cậu trai trong trường.
Bạn bè và gia đình đều quan trọng tùy theo cách nghĩ của mỗi người, không ai sống nếu không có gia đình trừ những trường hợp bất hạnh và không ai không kết giao bạn bè trừ những kẻ ngoài xã hội. Theo tôi gia đình vẫn quan trọng hơn bạn bè. Con người có thể có một hoặc nhiều bạn bè trong cuộc đời của họ, nhưng không ai có nhiều bố mẹ, ông bà hoặc anh chị em ruột.
