: Simulation accelerators exactly is a necessary requirement for dose calculation using Monte Carlo methods. In this study, the method of Monte Carlo code was used to simulate EGnrc system M5497 accelerators Siemens Primus in Dong Nai General Hospital with 6 MV photon energies. DOSXYZnrc BEAMnrc and two code used in the simulation and calculation of the dose distribution in the water phantom. Percent depth dose (Percentage depth dose, PDD) and transverse dose distribution (Beam profiles, OCR) obtained from simulations will be compared with experimental data to evaluate the accuracy of the simulation. The results are in good agreement between the simulation and experiment with PDD difference of 0.7% and flat lateral dose distribution less than 2%. Besides, we use the method of evaluation by Gamma Index index runs on Matlab. Gamma Index Percentage Index of 100% with the difference in dose requirement is 3% and the deviation of the distance of 3 mm. From the above results show, we have successfully simulated a linear accelerator with high accuracy.
