Bà Nguyễn Thị Hoa (52 tuổi, trú tại thôn Định An, xã Hiệp An) cho biết, sáng 15/6 đã ăn 1 ổ bánh mì nhân thịt của quán Khánh Trang, ngoài ra còn mua 2 ổ nữa cho người nhà ăn. Đến chiều thì cả 3 người đều bị ngộ độc, được đưa vào Trung tâm Y tế huyện Đức Trọng cấp cứu, sau đó chuyển lên Bệnh viện Đa khoa Lâm Đồng. Hiện mẹ con bà Hoa vẫn đang điều trị tại bệnh viện.
Các cơ quan chức năng đã tiến hành kiểm tra, lấy mẫu thực phẩm tại quán bánh mì Khánh Trang đưa đi xét nghiệm.
