+ Về xử lý nước thải: theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam hiện hành, các dự án đầu tư phải có phương án thu gom và xử lý nước thải trước khi thải ra môi trường. Vì vậy các dự án này phải có phương án thu gom và xử lý nước thải riêng cho dự án. Nước thải ra từ dự án sau đó sẽ được tiếp tục thu gom vào hệ thống chung cho khu vực để được xử lý bảo đảm tiêu chuẩn chung trước khi đưa ra môi trường. Tỉnh Khánh Hòa trong điều kiện và khả năng cho phép về tài chính chỉ có thể bố trí để đầu tư một số hệ thống nước thải chung cho toàn khu vực đã được quy hoạch.
