Theo khả năng và yêu cầu, hai bên thoả thuận ký kết hợp đồng với những điều khoản sau:

ĐIỀU 1. NỘI DUNG HỢP ĐỒNG:
Bên A thuê bên B cử công nhân kỹ thuật và dùng xe ô tô chuyên dùng để hút, vận chuyển, xử lý, hút bùn cống, hố ga tại Gói thầu số 2 – Dự án xây dựng cầu Nhật Tân theo đúng kỹ thuật, bảo đảm vệ sinh môi tr­­ường khu vực.
Địa điểm làm: Gói thầu số 2 – Dự án xây dựng cầu Nhật Tân (Từ Km 0+210.86 đến Km0+425.86 bên phải tuyến)
ĐIỀU 2. TRÁCH NHIỆM MỖI BÊN:
Bên A:
Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo mặt bằng cho Bên B vào thi công an toàn.
Chịu trách nhiệm h­­­ướng dẫn Bên B, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho Bên B thi công.
Cử ng­­ười giám sát.
Thanh toán cho bên B như quy định trong hợp đồng.
Bên B:
Chịu mọi trách nhiệm liên quan đến việc vận chuyển, xử lý bùn cống, hố ga.
Chịu trách nhiệm tuyệt đối về an toàn lao động trong quá trình thi công (Mọi vấn đề xảy ra đối với người lao động do mất an toàn trong quá trình thi công thì bên B phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm).
Thi công đúng tiến độ.
Cung cấp hoá đơn giá trị gia tăng nếu bên A yêu cầu và thực hiện các nghĩa vụ khác theo quy định của Pháp luật.
Chất thải phải được vận chuyển và xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật về môi trường, nếu có vấn đề gì xẩy ra do việc vi phạm quy định thì bên B chịu hoàn toàn trước pháp luật.
