Những bản vẽ này phải được lưu giữ tại văn phòng công trường của Nhà thầu nhưng phải luôn khả dụng để Chủ đầu tư xem xét. Cuối mỗi tháng, tất cả những bổ sung, thay đổi hoặc hiệu chỉnh trong các bản vẽ của Nhà thầu sẽ được Chủ đầu tư kiểm tra và phê duyệt
