HIỆN TRẠNG:
1- Khu đất dự án của Antenna có thể được cấp nguồn điện từ 2 đường dây đó là:
- Đường dây 35kV phía sau Công ty,khoảng cách từ cột điện cuối cun cách tường rào 83 mét;
- Đường dây 22kV chạy toàn bộ qua bề mặt phía trước của Công ty, cách tường rào 0,5 mét.
Hai đường dây này đều được cấp nguồn từ trạm 110kV Đồng Văn. Về mặt kỹ thuật đều đảm bảo độ tin cậy và ổn định như nhau.
Về việc ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh đã cam kết cấp nguồn điện đến tường rào của công ty, thì hiện tại UBND Tỉnh đã thực hiện theo đúng cam kết, vì xung quanh Công ty đã có tới 2 đường dây điện cao thế phía ngoài hàng rào. Vì vậy trồng thêm các cột điện theo đề xuất của Công ty là không hợp lý.
