phụ cấp di chuyển, phụ cấp đi đường. Phần lớn các khoản tiền phụ cấp đều được tính
trên cơ sở đánh giá ảnh hưởng của môi trường làm việc.. Tiền phụ cấp có ý nghĩa kích thích
người lao động thực hiện tốt công việc trong những điều kiện khó khăn, phức tạp hơn bình
thường.
