Lực lượng bảo vệ: Bên A bố trí lực lượng bảo vệ chung cho toàn khu nhà xưởng. Bên B tự quản lý hoặc kí hợp đồng trực tiếp với các đơn vị bảo vệ chuyên nghiệp để bảo vệ tài sản bên trong nhà xưởng, phương tiện đi lại của nhân viên.
Hai bên đảm bảo thực hiện đúng tất cả các điều khoản của Biên bản ghi nhớ này. Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu có bất kì vướng mắc nào phát sinh, hai bên sẽ thảo luận nhằm tìm ra những biện pháp thích hợp để khắc phục.
Biên bản ghi nhớ này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.
Biên bản ghi nhớ này được lập thành 04 bản gốc, có giá trị pháp lý như nhau và sẽ là cơ sở để hai bên tiến hành các thỏa thuận, hợp đồng tiếp theo. Mỗi bên giữ 02 bản gốc.
