Bình Dương xây thêm 6.000 nhà ở xã hội cho lao động nhập cư

Chiều 31/3, tỉnh Bình Dương đã khởi công xây dựng thêm hơn 6.100 căn hộ nhà ở xã hội cho người lao động nhập cư.
Công trình được xây dựng tại phường Định Hòa, thành phố Thủ Dầu Một nhằm đưa vào phục vụ cho người nhập cư và công nhân lao động tại các khu công nghiệp.
Trên 6.100 căn hộ này nằm trong Đề án nhà ở xã hội đã được Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh Bình Dương phê duyệt từ nay đến năm 2020 sẽ xây dựng trên 60.000 căn hộ, với tổng vốn đầu tư trên 12.000 tỷ đồng do Tổng Công ty Becamex làm chủ đầu tư.
Các căn hộ nhà ở xã hội Becamex được thiết kế diện tích 30m2 đến 70m2 với tiện ích hiện đại, phù hợp với những gia đình nhỏ, giá rẻ hợp lý nhằm đáp ứng chỗ ở cho người lao động.
Theo chủ trương của tỉnh Bình Dương, giá thành các căn hộ loại 30m2 có giá bình quân trên 100 triệu đồng/căn. Đây là giá cả phù hợp với người lao động có thu nhập thấp.
Hiện nay, trên địa bàn Bình Dương có trên 800 người lao động nhập cư; trong đó đa phần chưa có nhà ở và có nhu cầu mua nhà ở xã hội tại Bình Dương.
