Chế tạo khuôn không chính xác, sai số giữa hai khuôn quá lớn hoặc khuôn bị hư.
Lực kẹp khuôn quá thấp.
Nhiệt độ chảy, nhiệt độ xylanh, tốc độ phun hoặc áp suất trong khuôn quá cao.
Khuôn không đóng kín, khuôn gắn chưa khớp, bị kênh.
