DIRECTIVE
On setting parameters of DC power system in BTS Station and MSC

Pursuant to the directive No. 74/CT-VTQĐ-KT approved by Deputy General Director of Viettel Group on 18 July 2016 about the reinforcement and improve the quality of M&E system in all markets;
Pursuant to the actual status of network operation in overseas companies;
General Director of Viettel Network Corporation (VTNet) directs:
1. To Area Technical Centers and Viettel Overseas companies: review setting parameters of DC power system.
2. To Global Network Operation Center: Co-operate with Viettel Branch of Province/City and Viettel overseas companies to give support for implementation.
The details as below:
I. Viettel overseas companies, Area Technical Centers:
a. Give the permission to setup all parameters of DC power system to only one person has high responsibility for technical in District Center (in Vietnam) or Chief of Technical Team (in Overseas Markets).
b. All Units have to check and setup all parameters of DC power system as the regulations number 452/QĐ-VTQĐ-KT issued on 19th Mar 2016. The details as Appendix 1.
c. Area Technical Centers and Viettel overseas companies check, setup and probability testing at least 10% total sites.
d. Report: report the result to Global Network Operation Center – VTNet before 10th August 2016. The form to report as the Appendix 2.
II. Global Network Operation Center:
a. Co-operate with Viettel Branch of Province/City and Viettel overseas companies to give support for implementation.
