Đây là một khái niệm mới bắt đầu nổi lên gần đây, bắt nguồn từ Anh. Đây là loại hình lai (hybrid) giữa một doanh nghiệp và 1 tổ chức PCP. Tức là những loại hình tổ chức hoạt động như 1 doanh nghiệp tức là kinh doanh 1 sản phẩm dịch vụ gì đó nhưng mà có định hướng xã hội cao, giải quyết các vấn đề xã hội, và phần lớn lợi nhuận được tài đầu tư lại cho cộng đồng. Do khái niệm này còn đang gây ra tranh cãi nhiều về mặt học thuật và pháp lý, nên ở Việt Nam hiện nay chưa có khuôn khổ pháp lý cho loại hình này.
