Để có cơ sở phúc đáp các nội dung theo yều của nhà đầu tư, chủ tịch giao Sở Kế Hoạch & đầu tư chủ trì, phối hợp với các Sở, Ngành, đơn vị chức năng có liên quan nghiên cứu nội dung văn bản và các vấn đề nhà đầu tư đặt ra, đối chiếu với các quy định của pháp luật hiện hành và tình hình thực tế của địa phương để tham mưu, đề xuất trả lời cụ thể đối với từng nội dung theo yêu cầu của nhà đầu tư (kể cả đề xuất xử lý việc gia hạn thời gian chuẩn bị đầu tư dự án), báo cáo đề xuất, trình Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh trước ngày 10 tháng 12 2015 để xem xét và quyết định.
