(a) Bỏ dở công việc hoặc thể hiện rõ ràng ý định không tiếp tục thực hiện nghĩa vụ theo Hợp Đồng hoặc vi phạm nghiêm trọng bất cứ nghĩa vụ nào được quy định tại Điều 06.
(b) Không có lý do chính đáng mà lại không tiếp tục thực hiện công việc theo Điều 5- Tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng;
(c) Cho thầu phụ toàn bộ công trình hoặc chuyển nhượng Hợp Đồng mà không có sự đồng ý của Chủ Đầu Tư.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

(a) aborting the job or apparent intention to not continue to perform the obligations under the contract or serious breach of any of the obligations specified in article 6.(b) there is no reason that cannot continue to perform the work under article 5-contract progress;(c) For the whole project subcontracting or assignment of the contract without the consent of the owner.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:
