Chúng tôi khuyến nghị Ngân hàng nên lấy ý kiến phản hồi chính thức từ Ngân hàng Nhà nước cho phép đối với việc phân bổ các khoản dự phòng nói trên. Ngoài ra, Ngân hàng nên chủ động tích cực tiến hành các biện pháp xử lý và thu hồi các khoản cho vay và đầu tư này
