FLSmidth Brno is a part of Automation (as AirLoq and ESSA), and as such the strategy related to Brno products in APAC ends on my table.

We have already agreed upon different initiatives with Rufino and his team, to conquer back this “lost” Automation market. Starting in week 10, with bringing some of our Product Line Managers to visit a list of Cement Plants. This visit will be followed of customer work-shops/ seminars -all coordinated with Rufino. Brno products are a great part of our focus in Vietnam, as well as training to the LSU people in AUT products.

In regards to this specific request, I suggest that Tuan Anh and Renata (Brno) works directly together. No reason for involving AUT-CS.

We will discuss the Automation setup and APAC strategy further Friday
