Nếu kiến thức của em đã tương đối tốt và tự tin làm được >50% đề thi thì em có thể học PEN-I và tham khảo thêm 1 số chuyên đề mà em cảm thấy mình còn chưa vững ở PEN-C.
Còn nếu kiến thức của em còn chưa hệ thống, chưa chắc, thậm chí là mất gốc thì em nên học PEN-C trước, sau này học PEN-I cũng chưa muộn nhé ;)

If you have knowledge of relatively good and confident do > 50% exam then you can study PEN-I and references add some topics that you feel I haven't firmly in PEN-C.Also if your knowledge is not the system, unsure, even take root then you should study PEN-C before, after this study PEN-I haven't late;)

If your knowledge were relatively good and confident to be> 50% of the exam, I can learn PEN-I and refer to one of topical that you feel you are not strong in PEN-C.
And if My knowledge was not the system, not necessarily, or even take root, I should learn PEN-C before, PEN-I later learned not too late offline;)
