Nếu Bên A giao hàng thiếu thì Bên A phải gửi lại ngay số hàng thiếu cho bên B, mọi chi phí phát sinh bên A chịu và Bên A chịu khoản tiền phạt là 1% tổng giá trị hàng thiếu cho mỗi ngày chậm giao hàng dựa trên thời hạn giao hàng trong hợp đồng này. Tuy nhiên tổng trị giá phạt chậm giao hàng không vượt quá 8% trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng.
