1. LẤY MÁU
- Cần nhịn ăn, và không uống các chất kích thích như cà phê, trà, nước uống có ga, bia rượu… ít nhất 6 giờ trước khi lấy mẫu máu. Duy nhất có thể uống nhiều nước lọc.
- Đăng ký danh mục xét nghiệm làm thêm chỉ thực hiện khi nhân viên khám tại bệnh viện (Do nhân viên tự thanh toán với bệnh viện)

2. HƯỚNG DẪN CÁCH LẤY NƯỚC TIỂU
- Bước 1: Vệ sinh phần sinh dục ngoài
- Bước 2 : Bỏ lượng nước tiểu đầu, sau đó hứng tiếp khoảng ½ lọ. Đậy kín nắp, mang đến phòng xét nghiệm

- CHÚ Ý: đối với phụ nữ không lấy mẫu nước tiểu trong những ngày hành kinh và 2 ngày sau đó.( NẾU KHÔNG LẤY ĐƯỢC MẪU NƯỚC TIỂU VUI LÒNG BÁO CHO KỸ THUẬT VIÊN)

3. KHÁM LÂM SÀNG
- Địa điểm: Tầng M, 60 – 60A Phan xích Long, P1, Q. Phú nhuận
- Nữ mang thai không chụp X- Quang
- Nữ siêu âm trước khi chụp X- Quang.
- Vui lòng báo cho điều dưỡng những hạng mục mà KH không đồng ý thực hiện.
- Uống nhiều nước, nhịn tiểu trước khi siêu âm bụng.
- Vui lòng mặc quần áo, giầy dép thoải mái, tránh mặc váy, vì bạn có thể được yêu cầu thay quần, áo của bệnh viện.
- Vui lòng liên hệ điều dưỡng - Quầy tiếp nhận tầng M
