2.1 Mạng lưới bán hàng của Doanh nghiệp dầu gấc Việt Nam
2.1.1 Sự phát triến mạng lưới của công ty.
Năm 2001, công ty VNPOFOOD được thành lập, và sản phẩm chủ đạo là dầu gấc viên nang VINAGA. Công ty Chế biến Dầu thực vật và Thực phẩm Việt Nam (gọi tắt là VNPOFOOD CO.,LTD) được thành lập theo quyết định số: 0102001811 do Sở Kế hoạch & Đầu tư TP. Hà Nội cấp ngày 12/01/2001. VNPOFOOD là doanh nghiệp đầu tiên hoạt động trong lĩnh vực thực phẩm - thuốc tại Việt Nam. Sản phẩm chính của doanh nghiệp khi mới thành lập là VINAGA Dầu gấc viên nang.
Ngay trong năm 2001 những lô hàng dầu gấc đầu tiên đã được xuất sang Mỹ theo đơn đặt hàng. Cùng với đó là sản phẩm mang thương hiệu VINAGA ra đời phục vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe cho người dân Việt Nam.
Ở thời điểm đó việc bán hàng còn gặp rất nhiều khó khăn bởi với người dân Việt Nam khái niệm thực phẩm thuốc hay thực phẩm chức năng còn quá mới; và vì đời sống còn quá khó khăn nên việc chữa bệnh mới là cấp bách còn việc phòng bệnh là một thứ xa xỉ của người giàu. Kiên trì theo đuổi mục tiêu công ty, đẩy mạnh việc tuyên truyền, giảng giải và hướng dẫn để người dân dần hiểu được giá trị tốt đẹp của sản phẩm. Công ty đã tham gia rất nhiều các hội chợ hàng tiêu dùng và các hội chợ dược thẩm, thực phẩm do các đơn vị Việt Nam và quốc tế tổ chức. Và cho đến nay sản phẩm VINAGA đã có mặt trên khắp đất nước ở cả miền núi và đồng bằng.
Những ngày đầu tiên ấy cùng với khó khăn về việc bán hàng còn một khó khăn nữa cũng không kém phần to lớn ấy là nguy cơ không có nguyên liệu sản xuất. Bác sĩ Nguyễn Công Suất phải lặn lội khắp các tỉnh miền bắc để vận động bà con trồng gấc cho công ty và chỉ ra lợi ích kinh tế to lớn của việc trồng gấc cũng như những cam kết thu mua sản phẩm lâu dài.
Năm 2004 dây chuyền sản xuất VINAGA hiện đại được nhập khẩu nguyên chiếc từ Hàn Quốc để hiện đại hóa công nghệ sản xuất. Nhà xưởng cũng được xây mới mở rộng khang trang hơn để đạt các yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn của Việt Nam và thế giới.
Năm 2005 công ty được cấp chứng chỉ ISO 9001 về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, đánh dấu bước trưởng thành của công ty, khẳng định được chất lượng sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.
Năm 2007 sản phẩm của công ty đã được cấp chứng chỉ và được bán rộng rãi tại thị trường Châu Âu. Các sản phẩm VINAGA xuất khẩu lần lượt ra đời.
Cũng năm 2007 sản phẩm mới dầu gấc Việt Nam G8 ra đời để phục vụ tốt hơn cho nhu cầu bổ sung dinh dưỡng dầu gấc cho trẻ nhỏ.
