Không thể có một người giám đốc giỏi mà lại tồn tại một đơn vị kinh doanh yếu kém. Điều đó cũng đúng với từng người nhân viên Gami chúng ta. Và trách nhiệm của mỗi người Gami trong công việc hàng ngày chính là thực hiện bền bỉ, chuyên cần những công việc của mình.
