Thanh toán các khoản thuế và lệ phí

Thanh toán các khoản thuế và lệ phí theo quy định của pháp luật mà Bên Mua phải nộp như thỏa thuận tại Điều 7 của Hợp đồng này. Đối với khoản phí, lệ phí liên quan đến việc cấp Giấy chứng nhận như thỏa thuận tại khoản 1 Điều 7 của Hợp đồng này thì Bên Mua phải nộp cho Bên Bán trong thời hạn 10 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được thông báo của Bên Bán để Bên Bán nộp cho cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền. Bên Mua chịu mọi thiệt hại phát sinh do sự chậm trễ của Bên Mua gây ra;

The payment of taxes and fees as prescribed by law to which the buyer must pay as agreed in article 7 of this contract. For a fee, the fees relating to the certification as the agreement in paragraph 1 article 7 of this contract, the Buyer must pay to the seller within 10 days of receiving notice of the seller to sell the Party filed with the competent State bodies. The buyer bear all losses incurred by the buyer's delay caused;

Payment of taxes and fees as prescribed by law which the Purchaser shall pay as agreed in Article 7 of this Agreement. For charges and fees relating to the certificate as agreed in paragraph 1 of Article 7 of this Agreement, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller within 10 days of receiving notice of the Seller to the Seller submitted to the competent state authority. The Purchaser shall bear all losses incurred due to the delay caused by the Purchaser;
