Ngoài các kiến thức chuyên ngành, tôi còn được giảng dạy thêm một số Kỹ năng mềm vô cùng cần thiết đối với bất kỳ nhân viên nào khi làm việc trong thực tế, chẳng hạn như Kỹ năng thuyết trình, Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, Kỹ năng giao tiếp hay Kỹ năng Tư duy Phản biện thông qua không chỉ các bài tập trên giấy mà còn có các hoạt động, trò chơi và tình huống cụ thể, chẳng hạn như: bài học tình huống về tầm quan trọng của người lãnh đạo trong một nhóm ngay buổi học đầu tiên; thực hành cách tranh luận trước lớp giữa các nhóm về hai quan điểm trái ngược; hay lập dự án kinh doanh theo nhóm với số vốn nhất định,... và quan trọng hơn hết là gần như toàn bộ chương trình học tại trường luôn gắn liền với việc Thuyết trình báo cáo trước lớp và Làm việc theo nhóm. Bên cạnh đó, tôi còn có cơ hội được nâng cao Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh và Mở rộng mối quan hệ xã hội thông qua việc tham gia hướng dẫn khách du lịch trong và ngoài nước tại khu vực chợ Bến Thành, và giao lưu với sinh viên từ các trường Đại học, Cao đẳng khác trong Chiến dịch Mùa hè xanh.
