1. Bên A chỉ thực hiện giao dịch qua fax đối với các chứng từ và các loại giao dịch phù hợp với các nội dung của Hợp đồng này và các thỏa thuận/cam kết khác (nếu có).
Trường hợp chứng từ bản fax mà Bên A nhận được từ số fax đã đăng ký của Bên B mà theo nhận định của Bên A là không toàn vẹn hoặc không đầy đủ nội dung hoặc không phù hợp theo quy định của Bên A và Hợp đồng này hoặc có dấu hiệu nghi ngờ, Bên A có quyền từ chối thực hiện giao dịch.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

1.
