QUY ĐỊNH, HƯỚNG DẪN PHÂN LOẠI, THU GOM, LƯU TRỮ
CHẤT THẢI NGUY HẠI
Điều 1: Mục đích:
Nhằm giảm thiểu rủi ro về môi trường, đồng thời hướng dẫn các Bộ phận khác về phương pháp phân loại, thu gom, lưu trữ chất thải nguy hại (CTNH); bộ phận Môi trường của Công ty TNHH Y-TEC Việt Nam xin ban hành những nội quy như sau:
Điều 2: Nội dung
2.1 Những chất thải được coi là CTNH được liệt kê trong bảng 1 dưới đây:

2.2 Bộ phận nào có hoạt động phát sinh CTNH sẽ chịu trách nhiệm về việc phân loại và thu gom CTNH ngay tại khu vực mình quản lý và vận chuyển CTNH vào Kho chứa. Nguyên tắc phân loại và thu gom như sau:
- Mỗi loại CTNH được tạm giữ trong những ngăn chứa riêng biệt đặt ngay tại từng bộ phận trong khi chờ được vận chuyển sang Kho chứa CTNH. Trong trường hợp chưa có ngăn chứa tại bộ phận thì CTNH phải được chuyển vào Kho chứa CTNH trước giờ nghỉ cuối ca.
- Đặt CTNH vào thùng chứa tương ứng trong Kho chứa CTNH, đậy nắp thùng chứa. Không để chất thải vương vãi bên ngoài Kho chứa, người cuối cùng ra vào có trách nhiệm kiểm tra vệ sinh xung quanh, đóng và khóa cửa Kho chứa.
- Khi có danh mục CTNH mới phát sinh phải báo về Bộ phận Môi trường để có phương pháp phân loại và thu gom phù hợp.
2.4 Bộ phận Môi trường chịu trách nhiệm về những hoạt động sau:
- Tiếp nhận và quản lý CTNH khi đã được tập trung tại Kho chứa,
- Quản lý và lập báo cáo lượng CTNH phát sinh định kỳ,
- Liên hệ và hỗ trợ nhà thầu (chịu trách nhiệm xử lý rác thải) trong việc thu gom vận chuyển CTNH ra khỏi phạm vi hoạt động của Công ty.
2.5 Thời gian lưu trữ đối với CTNH tại Kho chứa của Công ty không vượt quá 6 tháng tính từ thời điểm phát sinh.
2.6 Mọi hoạt động thu gom bàn giao CTNH ra khỏi phạm vi hoạt động của Công ty phải lập chứng từ bàn giao CTNH (tham khảo Thông tư số 12/2006/TT-BTNMT) lưu

Article 1: Purpose:
