Nhằm đánh giá đặc điểm dịch tễ học và lâm sàng các trường hợp sởi khu vực Tây Nguyển năm 2014, chúng tôi tiến hành phân tích mô tả loạt ca bệnh sởi trong khu vực Tây Nguyên (KVTN) dựa vào hệ thống giám sát và số liệu thống kê bệnh truyền nhiễm. Từ 01/01/2015 đến 31/12/2015, ghi nhận 267 trường hợp sởi được xác định IgM (+) vi rút sởi, lưu hành chủ yếu tại các tỉnh Đắk Lắk và Đắk Nông. 86,1% các trường hợp mắc bệnh sởi chưa được chủng ngừa hoặc không rõ có tiêm vắc xin chứa thành phần vi rút sởi. Nhóm tuổi mắc chủ yếu 1-9 tuổi (62,3%), trong đó, nhóm từ 1 đến 4 tuổi chiếm tỷ lệ cao (41,2%), nhóm từ 5 đến 9 tuổi chiếm 21,0%, trẻ dưới 9 tháng tuổi chiếm tỷ lệ 11,6%. Các triệu chứng thường gặp bao gồm sốt (100%), phát ban (100%), ho (100%), chảy nước mũi (100%), ít gặp hơn là nốt Koplik (0,8%), sưng hạch (0,4%), không có triệu chứng viêm kết mạc mắt và viêm khớp. Với biến chứng viêm phổi (6,7%), tiêu chảy (2,2%).
