Hiển nhiên đây sẽ là bước đầu tiên tôi thực hiện một cách cẩn thận sau khi chọn được mô hình hoạt động của công ty Đây là công việc quan trọng giúp tôi phân tích chi tiết về một công việc cụ thể nào đó và với công việc đó tôi phải đặt ra những câu hỏi trước khi làm như : Tôi cần đạt hiệu quả gì,và mục tiêu chính của công việc là gì.Và Tôi cần phải hiểu rõ những gì nhiệm vụ, các chức năng cho từng vị trí cũng như kỹ năng,trình độ hoặc điều kiện,phẩm chất cho từng công việc.Từ những điều đó,tôi sẽ dễ dàng hơn trong việc giao cho nhân viên những việc gì để họ đạt được mục tiêu trong công việc được giao. ( Ví dụ : Khi tuyển dụng một nhân viên marketing,tôi cần họ cần phải có kiến thức,biết xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch. Họ cần phải có những kỹ năng thiết yếu như kỹ năng tư duy sáng tạo,kỹ năng lên kế hoạch và kỹ năng viết bài. Cuối cùng họ cần phải có kinh nghiệm để thực hiện tốt công việc được giao)
