Các Bên sẽ nhanh chóng tham vấn với nhau và nỗ lực thực hiện các điều chỉnh cần thiết để duy trì các lợi ích kinh tế phát sinh từ Hợp đồng này trên cơ sở không kém thuận lợi hơn những lợi ích kinh tế mà có thể có được nếu các luật, quy tắc, quy định đó không được ban hành hoặc sửa đổi hoặc được diễn giải.
