Hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm trước Bên A và trước pháp luật về bảo đảm an toàn cho hoạt động của các công trình xây dựng xung quanh, an toàn cho người lao động và phương tiện thiết bị của nhà thầu, đảm bảo vệ sinh môi trường và an toàn chạy tàu của ngành đường sắt trong suốt quá trình thi công công trình.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Totally responsible to the Parties A and before the law on ensuring safety of operation of the surrounding buildings, safety for workers and the media device of the contractor, ensuring sanitation and safe running of the vessel railways during the construction process.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Fully responsible before the law for A and ensure safe operation of the buildings surrounding the safety of workers and the means of contractor equipment, hygiene and environment and safety of railroad train during construction.
