Nghị quyết của Ban chấp hành phải đ

Nghị quyết của Ban chấp hành phải được tập thể Ban chấp hành Công đoàn thông qua và phải được đa số tán thành /
- Ban chấp hành Công đoàn cơ sở có trách nhiệm triển khai thực hiện Nghị quyết của Công đoàn các cấp đề ra.
- Ban chấp hành Công đoàn cơ sở mỗi tháng họp 1 lần, có ghi thành biên bản. Kết quả cuộc họp sẽ được triển khai đến tất cả đoàn viên công đoàn.
- Khi quyết định những vấn đề quan trọng, Ban chấp hành có quyền triệu tập hội nghị đột xuất và có thể mời đại diện Ban Giám đốc, các thành viên như tổ trưởng công đoàn, uỷ viên kiểm tra, .... tham dự.

The results of the meeting will be deployed to all Union members.-When deciding on important matters, the Executive Committee has the right to convene an extraordinary Conference and may invite a representative Board of Directors, the members of such Trade Union Chief, a fellow test, ... to attend.
