Trong trường hợp một trong hai bên

Trong trường hợp một trong hai bên có sự thay đổi về việc tổ chức lại doanh nghiệp theo quy định của Luật doanh nghiệp thì phải thông báo cho bên còn lại bằng văn bản, lúc này hợp đồng vẫn còn hiệu lực thi hành. Trong trường hợp cần thiết, hai bên có thể thỏa thuận ký kết phụ lục hợp đồng để điều chỉnh, bổ sung cho hợp đồng này.
