Đề tài “Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến

Đề tài “Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quản lý chất lượng đào tạo Anh ngữ tại trung tâm ngoại ngữ trường Đại học Tây Đô” được thực hiện từ tháng 11/2014 đến tháng 5/2015. Đề tài sử dụng nhiều phương pháp thu thập số liệu khác nhau như số liệu thứ cấp từ Phòng tài chính – kế hoạch trường Đại học Tây Đô và các báo cáo hằng quí, hằng năm được lưu tại trung tâm ngoại ngữ, số liệu sơ cấp được thu thập qua nhiều phương pháp như phỏng vấn trực tiếp - phỏng vấn nhanh và bảng câu hỏi khảo sát đối với chuyên gia trong công tác quản lý chất lượng đào tạo tại trung tâm ngoại ngữ, giáo viên, nhân viên Phòng – Ban, và học viên đã-đang theo học tại trung tâm. Phỏng vấn để nghiên cứu những yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quản lý chất lượng đào tạo tại trung tâm.
