Tôi không biết vì ngày nghỉ mỗi thá

Tôi không biết vì ngày nghỉ mỗi tháng của tôi đều khác nhau . Quản lý của tôi sẽ ghi những ngày trong tuần sau đó chúng tôi sẽ bốc thăm để biết ngày nghỉ vào mỗi tháng . Nhưng tháng trước thì tôi không bốc thăm , tôi đã xác định ngày và xin phép được nghĩ vào những ngày đó và đổi lại tôi sẽ bị trừ 10% tiền lương và 5% tiền đi làm chuyên cần của tháng này.

I do not know because my days off each month is different. I managed to record the day of the week and then we will draw for holidays every month. but last month I did not draw,I have determined the date and permission to think in those days, and in return I will be penalized 10% and 5% cash salary working diligently this month.

But last month, I don't draw, I have determined the date and would be thought in those days and in return I will be minus 10% of the salary and 5% of the money going to this month's diligence.
