8.2 Nếu bên nào bị cản trở, hoặc trì hoãn trong việc thực hiện bất kỳ nghĩa vụ nào trong hợp đồng này vì lý do Bất khả kháng, thì bên đó phải ngay lập tức báo cho bên kia về lý do và dự tính thời gian kéo dài hợp đồng, nếu không bên đó phải chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm và phải đền bù thiệt hại (nếu có) cho bên kia.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

8.2 If the party would be hindered, or delayed in the performance of any obligations in this contract due to force majeure, the party must immediately inform the other party about the reason and anticipated duration of the contract, if not the party that must bear the full responsibility and pay compensation for damages (if any) for the other side.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

8.2 If either party is hindered, or delay in performing any obligation under this agreement for reasons of force majeure, that party shall immediately notify the other party about the reason and planned duration extend the contract, if no such party shall bear full responsibility and shall compensate the damage (if any) to the other party.
