Trường hợp cần thiết phải kiểm định và thí nghiệm để xác định chất lượng, khối lượng các loại nguyên, vật liệu, cấu kiện bán thành phẩm hay hạng mục công trình hiện hữu thì các công tác đó thuộc trách nhiệm của Bên yêu cầu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Case of need for testing and experimentation to determine the quality, volume types, structure, materials, semi-finished products or existing projects, the public works that are the responsibility of the requesting Party.

Where necessary expertise and experiments to determine the quality and quantity of materials, materials, semi-finished components or existing works, the works which are the responsibility of the requesting Party.
