Mọi thay đổi, điều chỉnh dịch vụ tạ

Mọi thay đổi, điều chỉnh dịch vụ tại điều 2 phải được thực hiện trước 02 ngày so với ngày khởi hành, nếu thay đổi trong vòng 02 ngày bên A phải chịu 100% phí tổn cho việc thay đổi đó. Nếu bên A hủy dịch vụ trong vòng 05 ngày thì phải chịu thanh toán 70 % giá trị hợp đồng cho bên B còn nếu hủy trong vòng 02 ngày bên A phải thanh toán 100% giá trị hợp đồng cho bên B.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Any change, adjusting services in article 2 should be made before 10 days from date of departure, if the change within 10 days A party must bear 100% of the cost for changing it. If the A-party cancel the service within 10 days shall be subject to the payment of 70% of the contract value for the B side also if cancelled within 2 days party A 100% payment is the value of the contract for the B side.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Any changes, adjust service in Article 2 must be done before 02 days compared with the date of departure, if the change within 02 days, Party A shall bear 100% of the cost for such changes. If Party A cancellation within 05 days, subject to the payment of 70% of the contract value to Party B and if canceled within 02 days, Party A must pay 100% of the contract value to Party B.
