Xây dựng hệ thống thông tin quản lý và cơ sở dữ liệu quốc gia về chất lượng, an toàn thực phẩm chuyên ngành trồng trọt. Củng cố và phát triển lực lượng thực hiện công tác kiểm soát từ cơ sở sản xuất đến tiêu dùng và xuất khẩu. Xây dựng cơ chế phối hợp kiểm soát giữa cơ quan quản lý nhà nước với lực lượng xã hội hoá;
